No love for Windows XP as Microsoft releases Internet Explorer 9

17 03 2011

Tuesday, March 14 was the release date for Microsoft’s next version of Internet Explorer, IE9, to be released to the general public. But why will many be unable to download the new edition?
Because Microsoft have dropped support for Windows XP. Yes, the browser comes with HTML5 and improved Javascript support, but to drop XP support? Yep. They’ve done it.
